Blog Post 2, Final Week, Chapter 3

Epcot Center is one of the theme parks In Disney world located in Orlando, Florida. In this chapter some of the real world structures that are described are all of the different places that are inside of Disney World. For example, Tommorowland, Magic Kingdom, Adventureland, etc.. He understands what Talespin is now because it all clicks in his mind and he finally understands it, he sees how stereotypical and racist in fact Disney World is. I thought that this chapter was very interesting to see how he viewed Disney World compared to how Americans view it. The differences were very noticeable and he brought up a way of thinking about the theme park that I hadn’t heard before.
